Implementation of WMS system

The Logareon WMS system automatically plans and manages warehouse processes to provide 3PL operator services. Line personnel use Zebra mobile terminals for operational work. The project uses a modern SaaS WMS approach.

Robotization of bottle transfer to the bottling line

The conveyor feeds the boxes to the unloading area, where they are precisely positioned. The control controller transmits a signal via the ProfiBus network to the robot, which transfers the bottles to the output conveyor. The entire process is synchronized and operates automatically.

Akylbek has consulted more than 40 enterprises in the manufacturing industry using the international EFQM methodology and helped Kazakhstani companies enter the market of transnational corporations within the framework of the World Bank project.
As the head of the Industry 4.0 Center at QazIndustry, he initiated cooperation with Fraunhofer IPA and organized training for 340 specialists from 140 enterprises.
He is actively involved in the development of the industry: he heads the robotization committee in the QazTech alliance and is a member of the industry committee of the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs.
Today, he is focused on implementing advanced technologies in practice - from creating a knowledge base on automation to launching real projects with international partners.

• At KMG Automation — design and implementation of automation systems as part of the DCS modernization at the Kashagan field.
• At General Electric — development of a locomotive monitoring system that reduced recurrent breakdowns by 13%, and implementation of 5S principles.
• In ZTown Development — full automation of production and launch of 7 robotic complexes with machine vision systems.
