Automated machine tending with KUKA robot

A KUKA robot loads and unloads parts from an injection molding machine. A stable injection cycle has been achieved, ensuring product quality without costs associated with defects

Robotic positioning

High-precision and high-speed positioning on the RFID tag assembly line. Thanks to the Scara robot and machine vision, high productivity and positioning accuracy of 10 microns are ensured

Implementation of WMS system

The Logareon WMS system automatically plans and manages warehouse processes to provide 3PL operator services. Line personnel use Zebra mobile terminals for operational work. The project uses a modern SaaS WMS approach.

Launching the SCADA system

SCADA system for monitoring technological processes at 35+ remote sites spread over a 600 km area. Combining data from Foxboro DCS, AVEVA PI and corporate ERP for centralized management and analysis. Development of unique dashboards with detailed reporting to support real-time decision making

Robotic stacking of zinc ingots

The robotic complex stacks ingots automatically.
Information about the current state of the complex and productivity is transmitted to the upper-level production system.

Robotization of bottle transfer to the bottling line

The conveyor feeds the boxes to the unloading area, where they are precisely positioned. The control controller transmits a signal via the ProfiBus network to the robot, which transfers the bottles to the output conveyor. The entire process is synchronized and operates automatically.

Robotic palletizing

Automation of palletizing ensures stable quality of finished product stacking according to a given scheme. The solution compensates for the shortage of personnel, guaranteeing the continuity of the process.

He has completed large-scale projects on industrial development, digitalization and robotization.
Akylbek has consulted more than 40 enterprises in the manufacturing industry using the international EFQM methodology and helped Kazakhstani companies enter the market of transnational corporations within the framework of the World Bank project.
As the head of the Industry 4.0 Center at QazIndustry, he initiated cooperation with Fraunhofer IPA and organized training for 340 specialists from 140 enterprises.
He is actively involved in the development of the industry: he heads the robotization committee in the QazTech alliance and is a member of the industry committee of the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs.
Today, he is focused on implementing advanced technologies in practice - from creating a knowledge base on automation to launching real projects with international partners.

• At General Electric — development of a locomotive monitoring system that reduced recurrent breakdowns by 13%, and implementation of 5S principles.
• In ZTown Development — full automation of production and launch of 7 robotic complexes with machine vision systems.
He is responsible for Vexor's technical strategy and turns ideas into reliable, scalable solutions.
