Traditionally, industrial robots have been associated with complex setups and the need for specialized programmers. For large-scale factories, this is standard. However, for small-batch or custom manufacturing, the time and cost of reprogramming often make automation impractical.
In partnership with the Union of Machine Builders of Kazakhstan, we have introduced a solution to this challenge: No-Code Robotic Welding. This technology is designed to make automation accessible for workshops that handle diverse tasks every day.
How it works: Instead of writing lines of code, the operator simply moves the robot arm by hand to the desired welding points (lead-through teaching). Once the path is set, the welding parameters are selected via an intuitive touch interface. The entire setup process takes only a few minutes.
Why it matters:
This technology turns the robot into a flexible tool that enhances precision and speed without adding technical complexity to your workflow.

Why it matters:
- Lower Skill Barrier: An experienced welder can operate the system after a brief induction, without needing a background in software engineering.
- Rapid Changeovers: Minimize downtime when switching between different parts or small orders.
- Cost-Effective: Automation now delivers a return on investment even for low-volume production runs that were previously done only manually.
